Sunday Baking

Mommy and I decided to do some baking this weekend.

We made cookies and Apple Pie too!

I took all the apples out of the bag,

I helped sort out the apples while mommy peeled them

I inspected the apples to make sure they were good to use

And I helped mommy roll out the dough so she could put the pie all together

I told her when the oven was preheated (Beep, beep... Ready!)

Unfortunately Mommy and Daddy tried the pie after I was in bed.

My dessert was one of the cookies we made earlier in the day

Daddy said the pie was pretty good though... although not Quite the same as Nanny's

I guess mom has to try again....

Sleep Deprived

Something was wrong with me last night, but I'm not telling what.

I didn't want to sleep though. I woke up every hour to make sure the parentals knew this was the case.

I think I got to mommy.
She cried and begged me to sleep around 2:30 this morning.
She gave up when daddy came in and took over.
He took me to the spare room and we slept in the big bed together.

I've been kind of moody and tired today.
Maybe I will sleep better tonight.
If I feel better that is.....

Baking!!

Mommy decided we were going to make muffins Sunday night.

I decided I was going to help.

She got our aprons on and asked daddy to take some pictures of us.

Then he got silly and got us to stick out our tongues.

Mommy used her Christmas gift from Opa and Nana Maria.

I watched closely to make sure it was working properly!

And mommy forgot to take a picture when they came out..

But they were YUMMY!!!

Anyways, back to me. Mommy took this video while we were at the cottage this summer. They thought it was pretty cute and were impressed with my taste in music. I don't know, I was just being the usual cute me, groovin' like I always do!

My Friends are Turning 2!!

I went to a birthday party of my good friend on Saturday. Mommy had been prepping me all week and I was pretty excited to get there! I got all dressed up and everything, although I really didn't want to wear the skirt she picked out for me.

The party was a Backyardigans themed party

And we all got to try to Stick the Bowtie on Pablo!

I love playing on my friend's toys!

and giving her mommy hugs...

But I think we all enjoyed the cake!!!

I waited patiently for my piece....

Then dug right in!

But I didn't eat very much which surprised mommy

Happy Birthday A! I keep asking mommy to talk to your mommy so we can play again soon!

My daughter is a Ham... and she loves the Camera!

Over the holidays I was able to snap quite a few decent pictures of Little Miss hamming it up for all the family.
